Having spent over twenty years in Philadelphia running “The Shamrock House” we are proud to retain a little momentum of the state that was our home since the early 70s, hence the name Pennsylvania House.
Our bed & breakfast is situated in a very central location to many of Donegals finest tourist attractions. Therefore it is the perfect base for anybody wishing to explore the rugged, un-spoilt scenery of the Northwest Atlantic coastline of Ireland.
Located just outside the main town of Letterkenny. Pennsylvania House overlooks a beautiful countryside view of the hills of Donegal, yet we are still only minutes away from the town centre. Which has so many amenities to suit all ages groups and interests. These include, award winning restaurants, bars and nightclubs, shopping complexes and much more. We are also located closely to Letterkenny University Hospital.
